Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN is required; incumbents must obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Current CT RN license and BLS certification.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care, clinical staff, and unit operations.
• Oversee daily department operations including off-shift and weekend supervision.
