Job summary

Haven Health Lakeside in Arizona is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead clinical operations under the Director of Nursing. The ADON oversees resident care and clinical services, with responsibility for lab, wound care, catheter management, and medication oversight.

In the Director's absence, the ADON acts as leader for clinical compliance. Applicants must hold an active RN license and CPR certification, pass health screenings, and be able to perform required physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Active, Non-Probationary RN License required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Background screening and licensure verification may be required.
• Tuberculosis testing and routine health screenings are part of employment.
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and clinical components as part of the care team.
• Supervise lab/diagnostic services, anticoagulant monitoring, wound care, and catheter management.
• Monitor psychotropic medication use and skin/weight reviews.
• Provide CNA training and oversight and support clinical compliance in the director's absence.
