Nu Roc Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced RN to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The ADON will support the Director of Nursing, lead clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
• Leadership experience in RN roles such as ADON, supervisor, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility standards.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and staff support.
• Monitor resident care and promote high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Participate in QAPI initiatives and regulatory readiness activities.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, orientation, and staff development.
