Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations, mentor staff, and partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care. This leadership role focuses on policy development, quality improvement, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading nursing staff and implementing nursing policies.
• Ability to develop and implement programs ensuring quality outcomes.
• Experience conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Budgeting and financial tracking responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching to ensure exceptional patient care
• Conduct performance evaluations, address staff concerns, and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing care standards
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members
• Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
