Villa Healthcare's Villa at Willow Place in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing RN to join our team. The ADON will supervise nursing staff, partner with the DON, ensure regulatory compliance, and help plan staffing, budgets, and quality resident care.

Ideal candidate has an RN license, a BSN or ASN, CPR, leadership experience, and strong communication and financial skills. Travel up to 10% may be required; a commitment to quality care and staff development is essential.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license with the state required.
• Prefer previous nursing and leadership experience of at least three years; ADON preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reviews daily work assignments to ensure regulatory compliance and consistent staffing.
• Assists DON in daily management of nursing staff and policy enforcement.
• Participates with Medical Consultants and Administrator in admissions and care planning.
• Ensures physicians visits and necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing for resident care.
• Manages nursing department budget and collaborates on staff development.
• Works with regional personnel to improve quality of care and outcomes.
