Villa at Willow Place seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing RN to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. You will partner with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to supervise, delegate, and evaluate nursing services.

You’ll contribute to staff development, collaborate with regional personnel, and work on program improvements to enhance resident outcomes. This full-time role requires leadership and a commitment to excellence.

Formación

• Current RN license with the state required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Prefer previous nursing and leadership experience of at least three years; ADON preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews daily work assignments to ensure regulatory compliance and staffing.
• Assists DON in daily management of nursing staff, scheduling, and policy enforcement.
• Participates with Medical Consultants and Administrator in admissions planning and resident needs assessment.
• Ensures physicians visit as required and that care delivery has sufficient equipment and staffing.
• Manages the nursing department budget and provides budgetary planning information.
