Job summary

Clovernook Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The ADON will provide guidance and oversight to the nursing staff, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and that processes run smoothly.

The role focuses on leadership, staff development, and coordination of assessments and care plans in a long-term care setting. Strong communication and flexible hours are valued for across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care settings.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Evidence of basic leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of department personnel.
• Develop and conduct regular in-service training for the nursing department.
• Monitor and guide timely completion of assessments.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences and quarterly quality meetings.
• Manage the care planning process.
