Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department.
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel.
• Develop and conduct regular in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing department.
• Monitor and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences and quarterly quality management meetings.
• Manage the care planning process.
