Courtyard Health & Rehab is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing home leadership team. This role is ideal for a compassionate RN with strong leadership and a commitment to resident care.

The ADON will lead education, ensure regulatory compliance, hire and develop staff, and support a patient-centered care environment while collaborating with department heads to improve outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• CPR certification current.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience with similar resident population.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal nursing home regulations.
• Compassionate, results-driven professional committed to high care standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development for clinical staff.
• Support development and achievement of nursing department goals and programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines across operations.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff per staffing plans and state rules.
• Collaborate with department heads to foster interdepartmental relations.
• Develop and monitor documentation systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide direct resident care as needed and engage with residents and families.
• Introduce innovative ideas and processes to improve care outcomes.
