Clovernook Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with RN credentials to lead the nursing department in our Cincinnati-area facility. The role emphasizes staff guidance, care planning oversight, and ensuring excellent resident care. Strong LTC experience and leadership are essential.

The ADON will mentor nursing staff, participate in care plan conferences, and help drive quality initiatives to sustain high standards of patient outcomes in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care settings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel
• Develop and conduct regular in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing department
• Monitor and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences and quarterly quality management meetings
• Manage the care planning process
