CareCore at Gaymont in Norwalk, OH, seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the clinical leadership team at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
The ADON will assist the DON in daily nursing operations, guide RNs, LPNs, and STNAs, help with staffing and compliance, and participate in infection control and QA. They will step in for the DON when needed, promoting growth and high-quality resident care.
Formación
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Leadership experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong understanding of LTC regulations and survey process.
- Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Responsabilidades
- Assist the DON in overseeing daily nursing operations.
- Support staff development, training, and performance management.
- Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in infection control, QA, and clinical audits.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.
- Step in for the DON in their absence.
