White Oak of Charlotte is seeking a motivated RN to fill our Assistant Director of Nursing position. The ADON helps oversee the nursing department for our skilled nursing facility, providing leadership and ensuring quality patient care.

This salaried, full-time role requires an RN license and at least three years of supervisory experience in geriatrics. You will coordinate operations, infection control, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting residents,

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role, preferably in geriatric care.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local long-term care regulations.
• Experience with infection control and quality assurance.
