Job summary

White Oak Post Acute Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) to support the Director of Nursing by managing nursing staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role oversees daily clinical operations, audits care, manages schedules, and evaluates staff performance to maintain high patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required.
• Several years of nursing experience, including supervisory or charge nurse roles in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) and ensure adherence to policies.
• Audit care, monitor rounds, and implement improvement plans.
