Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Ohio is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee resident care and supervise nursing staff across shifts. The role requires an active RN license and at least 2 years of long-term care management experience.

You will coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and work with discharge coordinators and social service consultants to ensure high-quality care. As Charge Nurse on the floor when needed, you will lead staffing decisions, address emergent issues, and maintain
