Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Avon Lake, Ohio is seeking a licensed nurse to join our team. You will obtain reports, administer treatments, and perform rounds to monitor residents’ skin and overall condition.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with current RN license.
• Pass medical assessment and maintain licensure.
• Demonstrated nursing judgment and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain report and implement follow-up action as necessary in relation to the resident’s treatment needs.
• Conduct resident rounds to assess skin condition and report changes.
• Instruct nursing assistants in preventive safety measures and use of adaptive equipment.
• Assess and report changes in resident’s condition to physicians and supervisors; take follow-up action.
• Administer treatments per physician orders and document progress notes.
