Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Ohio seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing services across long-term care settings. You will develop objectives, supervise staff, ensure adherence to policies, and coordinate care with physicians and families to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care management experience.
• Direct, supervise, and develop nursing staff.
• Assess resident care needs and implement individualized plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop nursing service objectives, performance standards, and nursing policies; direct and supervise all resident care, initiating corrective action as needed.
• Assess resident care needs and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, family, and discharge coordinators to ensure optimal resident care and plans of care.
