The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted RN license in Ohio, CPR certification, and proven RN experience across clinical settings. EMR proficiency is a plus as we strive for high-quality, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices.
• Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations.
