Registered Nurse – 32 Hours/Week (3 p‑11 p)
Location: Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN). The RN promotes, restores and maintains residents’ health and wellbeing by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The RN’s primary role is to provide physical and psych‑social support to residents and families.
Compensation
From $40–$49 per hour, plus differentials. Rate depends on years of experience.
Schedule
3 weekdays and every other weekend, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and focusing on placing the resident first
- Perform all clinical duties in accordance with the state nursing practice act and nursing standards of practice
- Promote resident independence by establishing care goals, teaching residents/families to understand a resident’s condition, medication, and self‑care skills
- Monitor residents’ clinical and care conditions to identify changes and act to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Work alongside care associates to perform routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed
- Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications and perform treatments per orders
- Develop and coordinate a comprehensive holistic plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood teams
- Support resident preferences, routines, and choices in the electronic medical record
- Ensure that documentation is current, accurate, and timely
- Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience as an RN
- Experience caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications
- Experience with an electronic medical record preferred
- Active RN license in the state where practice will occur
- CPR certification required
