Job summary

Ann's Choice, part of Erickson Senior Living, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in a Memory Care Unit in Bucks County, PA. The role offers up to $24/hour and a schedule of 32 hours weekly (11P-7:30A), with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents personal care plans focusing on strengths and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Work with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: Up to $24/hr, plus shift differentials & Med Tech rate. Med Tech Required; we will train.

Schedule: 32 hours a week, 11P-7:30A in our Memory Care Unit. (3 weekdays and every other weekend)

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
