Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living, personal care, and companionship in a person-centered environment.

You will follow individual care plans, assist with activities, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Current CNA certification and CPR are preferred; at least 18 years old; basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.

Compensation: From $19-$24/hr, depending on experience, plus differential.

Schedule: 2 weekdays, and every other weekend (24/hr week) 7A-3:30P. Other shifts available!!

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
