Zusammenfassung

UF Health in Florida is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to identify patient health alterations, assess responses to health problems, and implement nursing interventions based on nursing science to achieve optimal outcomes.

The RN will supervise and delegate care to LPNs and unlicensed personnel, coordinate care with other disciplines, involve patients and families in care planning, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment that supports our mission and nursing vision.

Qualifikationen

• BSN degree preferred; nurses hired after April 30, 2014 must obtain a BSN within three years of hire.
• Current Florida RN license in good standing.
• Professional nursing board certification preferred at time of hire.

• Identify patient health alterations and changes in their condition.
• Assess patient responses to actual or potential health problems.
• Implement nursing interventions based on nursing science and best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
