Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required; certification preferred at time of hire.
• Current RN license in the State of Florida.
• Hires after April 30, 2014 must obtain BSN within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient health alterations, assess responses, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise/direct care provided by LPNs and UAPs.
• Assign/delegate care to qualified health-care team members.
