Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA, a 86-bed acute-care psychiatric facility in Reading, is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with EOW rotation. NEW GRADS WELCOME, competitive pay, and shift differentials.

As the RN, you will lead milieu management, direct nursing staff, and ensure safe medication delivery. You will document progress, maintain licensure, and adhere to Joint Commission standards while delivering compassionate behavioral health care.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing process used to develop an individualized care plan.
• Document patient symptoms, responses, and progress accurately.
• Administer medications safely per physician orders.
• Maintain licensure and participate in professional development.
• Adhere to Joint Commission and state regulations.

• Assess and plan patient care from admission to discharge.
• Provide medication education to patients.
• Update medical records per policy and timelines.
