The role offers 2nd shift with a shift differential of $1.25/hour, a retention incentive, and a starting annual salary of $89,882.

Qualifications

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• If holding a temporary permit, must obtain RN licensure within one year.
• PA residency waiver applies; must show valid PA RN license at appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to individuals with physical, mental, and emotional health needs.
• Evaluate status and develop/adjust treatment plans with nursing standards.
• Administer medications and monitor responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care.
• Follow crisis prevention, infection control and safety procedures.
• Guide and educate assigned personnel.
