Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with rotating weekends. NEW GRADS WELCOME.

We offer competitive pay and shift differentials, plus a $5,000 signing bonus and comprehensive benefits. As a lead nurse, you will promote therapeutic care, administer medications, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support adults with mental health needs in an acute-care psychiatric setting.

Qualifications

• Current, valid and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Compact licenses accepted where applicable.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process for patient care planning and evaluation.
• Administrates medications as prescribed and educates patients on medications.
• Reviews and documents medical records in accordance with policy.
• Floating among clinical services and supporting staff to ensure patient needs are met.
