Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate RN for the Gerstenberg Inpatient Care Center in West Palm Beach. Shift is 7am–7:30pm with every other weekend, coordinating end-of-life care with the IDG and primary physician.

You will assess, plan, and deliver interventions while educating families, monitoring patients, and ensuring timely care per the care plan for comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Florida with active license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in hospice, public health, or geriatric care preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and family care with the physician and IDG.
• Perform thorough assessments and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and deliver education to promote comfort.
• Address concerns to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
