Amrize is seeking a Foreman RMX to oversee the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of all site equipment and the work team on projects in Dallas, TX. You will advise the Plant Manager and supervise staff to meet production targets while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years in production or location supervision within ready-mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt, or related industries, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt or related industry.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic experience using computers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The position is responsible for the efficient, safe and profitable operation of all site equipment and work team. Advising as well as making recommendations to the plant Manager/Supervisor concerning the best interests of the operation when the activities of his/ her work team and equipment are involved.

This position is located in Dallas, TX.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education:High School Diploma

Required Work Experience:Minimum of five years of production, maintenance and/or location supervision in ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt or related industry. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Required Technical Skills:Basic experience using computers.

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protetion Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employess that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
