Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC in Texas is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on infrastructure projects, oversee daily operations, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship across commercial, residential, and industrial sites.

The role requires a minimum five years as a foreman, a high school diploma or GED, strong leadership, and ability to manage multiple tasks from 5am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. The team emphasizes safety and customer service on every project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience as a foreman.
• Able to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be available for 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all duties and responsibilities of the Operators.
• Train new operators and laborers to be fully operational within one week.
• Visit all job sites and observe employees weekly.
• Provide leadership guidance to employees.
• Attend all scheduled meetings.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Actively demonstrate teamwork at all times.
• Follow OSHA, MSHA, DOT and other safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to fulfill all duties and responsibilities of the Operators
• Trains new operators and laborers such that they are fully operational within one week

• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
