Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks an experienced Assessment Lead to oversee independent testing and evaluation of controls, validating security posture and assurance. You will manage RMF assessments, evidence evaluation, interviews, and production of formal assessment reports.

The role emphasizes leading assessment teams, ensuring DoS methodology adherence, and acting as the technical authority for RMF accuracy, with collaboration across ISSO and cross‑department staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years RMF assessment experience.
• Experience with SP 800-53A, assessment test cases, and evidence evaluation.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification required; CEH or equivalent pen testing certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads control assessments, interviews, sampling procedures, and technical validation activities.
• Produces SARs, worksheets, risk ratings, and summary findings.
• Serves as primary technical authority for RMF assessment accuracy.
• Execution of SP 800‑53A test cases.
• Artifact evaluation and determination of control effectiveness.
• Assessment evidence tracking and documentation.
• Findings development and briefing delivery.
• Coordination with ISSO Support for cross‑department alignment.
