Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking an Assessment Lead to manage end-to-end RMF-based security control assessments for DoS systems. You will coordinate planning, testing, and delivery of SAPs, ensuring evidence-based determinations and independent assessment results.

You will lead a team of assessors, review supporting materials, and prepare SARs and executive briefings for government stakeholders, maintaining RMF discipline and government-facing timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity or related field
• Experience conducting security control assessments per NIST SP 800-53A
• Active CISSP, CISA or equivalent and CEH or equivalent penetration testing certifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor lead for Security Control Assessment activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee Security Control Assessments across information systems and environments.
• Develop and maintain assessment schedules, milestones, and priorities with the Government.
• Lead the development and execution of Security Assessment Plans (SAPs) with scope, procedures, and ROE.
• Ensure assessments comply with NIST SP 800-37/800-53 and FISMA requirements.
• Provide direction to Security Control Assessors and contractors.
• Review documentation and evidence to determine control effectiveness.
• Lead SARs, risk summaries, and executive briefings for government stakeholders.
• Track findings to closure and maintain records in government repositories.
