Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a passionate Program Manager to oversee the ISSO Support/Independent Security Controls Assessment department, ensuring security compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems.

The role requires 10+ years in federal cybersecurity program management, with PMP/CISSP/CAP recommended and experience leading ISSO or RMF teams. A Secret clearance is required with ability to obtain Top Secret, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal cybersecurity program management experience.
• PMP, CISSP, or CAP recommended.
• Demonstrated experience leading ISSO or RMF teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership across ISSO security governance and RMF assessment operations.
• Oversees planning cycles, milestones, and multi-team synchronization to maintain compliance readiness.
• Manages stakeholder engagement, coordinating between ISSOs, Assessors, government leads, and system owners.
• Oversees security governance and RMF lifecycle monitoring.
