Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks an Assessment Lead to oversee independent testing and evaluation of controls, validating security posture and assurance. You will manage assessment teams, perform structured control assessments, and deliver formal assessment reports in a DoD/IC context.

The role requires extensive RMF experience, SP 800-53A knowledge, and CISSP/CISM or equivalent certifications, with a minimum Secret clearance (Top Secret eligible).

Qualifications

• 8+ years RMF assessment experience.
• Familiar with SP 800-53A, assessment test cases, and evidence evaluation.
• Experience producing SARs, worksheets, and risk ratings.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification is required.
• CEH or equivalent Pen Testing certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment teams and ensure rigorous evaluation of controls following DoS RMF methodology.
• Lead control assessments, interviews, sampling procedures, and technical validation activities.
• Produce SARs, test procedures, risk ratings, and summary findings.
