Job summary

ProSync seeks a Program Manager to oversee the ISSO Support/Independent Security Controls Assessment (ISCA) Department, ensuring security compliance, RMF documentation, and continuous monitoring for DoS systems.

The role focuses on governance, artifact readiness, and cross-team coordination with ISSOs, Assessors, and government leads to maintain continuous compliance with FISMA and NIST requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal cybersecurity program management experience.
• PMP, CISSP, or CAP certification is recommended.
• Demonstrated experience leading ISSO or RMF teams.
• Security clearance: minimum Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret (We do not sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Oversee ISSO security governance and RMF assessment operations.
• Coordinate planning cycles, milestones, and multi-team synchronization to maintain compliance readiness.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with ISSOs, Assessors, government leads, and system owners.
• Ensure artifact and documentation readiness.
• Deliverable quality review and approval.
• Staffing and performance oversight across departments.
