Job summary

Dometic is seeking an RMA Coordinator to manage product returns, ensuring efficient processing, root-cause analysis, and high customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Quality Manager and is based in Port St Lucie, FL, working with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support.

You will handle RMAs from receipt to disposition, maintain detailed ERP records, and support CAPA activities while adhering to ISO standards and warranty policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, manufacturing, quality assurance, warranty administration.
• Experience with product returns and warranty claim processing.
• ERP/MRP system experience needed; Intuitive experience helpful.
• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review return requests from customers or distributors.
• Issue RMA numbers and provide return instructions.
• Verify warranty eligibility and return authorization requirements.
• Track returned items through the entire process.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support to gather failure information.
• Maintain records in the ERP system and coordinate with Quality/Engineering/Production to identify root causes.
