Job summary

Dometic is seeking a motivated RMA Coordinator in Port St. Lucie, FL to manage returns, warranty processing, and root-cause analysis in a global, fast-paced environment.

The role reports to Quality Manager and involves cross-functional work with Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, Engineering, and Production to ensure efficient returns handling and customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, manufacturing, quality assurance, warranty administration.
• Experience with product returns and warranty claim processing.
• ERP/MRP system experience; Intuitive experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review return requests from customers or distributors.
• Issue RMA numbers and provide return instructions.
• Verify warranty eligibility and return authorization requirements.
• Track returned items through the entire process.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support to gather defect information.
• Ensure returned products are shipped and received properly.
• Maintain detailed records in ERP system.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production to determine root causes.
• Document defect information and failure trends.
• Assist CAPA activities and disposition of returns (Repair, Replacement, Scrap, Rework).
• Return to supplier and serve as primary point of contact for product returns.
• Provide status updates on repairs, replacements, and credits.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, ISO standards, and warranty policies.
