Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Product Sustaining Engineer/RMA Thermal and Cooling Engineer to oversee the RMA process, verify warranty claims, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and internal teams.

This role analyzes failure data, ensures compliance with standards, and strives for quick turnarounds. Collaboration with QA, R&D, and logistics will be essential to improve processes and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years in RMA, QA, or electronics/power solutions.
• Familiarity with RMA processes, warranty verification, repair coordination, and failure analysis.
• Proficiency in data collection and reporting tools.
• Understanding of data centers, power electronics, thermal and cooling systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• RMA management: process requests, verify warranty, assign RMA numbers, coordinate shipments.
• Repair and testing coordination with repair facilities to ensure timely修复 and replacement.
• Customer support and communication for RMA queries from customers and internal teams.
• Failure analysis and reporting with QA/R&D to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Process improvement of RMA workflows and development of training materials.
