Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. is seeking an RMA Technician in Nampa, Idaho. You will evaluate, troubleshoot, and test customer returned products, refurbish to production quality, and maintain RMA inventory while collaborating with production and quality teams.

You will document test records in a CRMS, support operations, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the RMA process. A HS diploma or GED is required, with added value for an associate/technical degree and IP networking

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use common hand tools and testing tools.
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Knowledge of computer applications.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and test customer returned product.
• Repair and refurbish product to production level quality.
• Identify recurring issues and share knowledge to assist with defect prevention.
• Maintain acceptable levels of RMA inventory.
• Create & maintain device test records using a CRMS.
• Support other departments within Operations as needed.
• Participate in continuously improving the RMA department and RMA process.
