Valley Services Electronics is seeking an RMA Coordinator to manage returns and repairs for PCBAs, cables, and electro-mechanical assemblies. You will be the main customer point of contact, prepare quotes, and document all activities in the ERP/MRP system.

The role requires 2+ years in RMA processing or related operations, strong communication, and attention to detail. Join a team focused on quality service and continuous improvement.

Formación

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's preferred in business/engineering.
• 2+ years experience in RMA processing, customer service, or manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• RMA Processing: Receive, evaluate, and process RMA requests from customers.
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for RMAs, provide updates and resolutions.
• Quoting: Prepare budgetary and final quotes for services and repairs on RMAs.
• Data Management: Maintain detailed records in ERP/MRP system.
• Inventory Control: Ensure returned products are logged, stored, and dispositioned.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, program managers, production, quality, and purchasing.
• Reporting & Documentation: Generate RMA reports and analyze trends.
