Job summary

Turtlebox Audio is seeking an RMA Quality Specialist to own the returns process end to end, inspect and test warranty returns, and coordinate with OEMs for analysis. This hands‑on role requires meticulous, detail‑oriented work and the ability to manage a queue through multiple inspection stages.

You will also inspect production samples, record results in SFCS or databases, support root‑cause analysis, and help drive continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years in a quality inspection and testing role, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office; ERP or quality-tracking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and verify warranty returns and identify potential quality issues.
• Document results and track failure trends in a database or SFCS.
• Perform visual/mechanical inspection of production samples and conduct functional testing.
• Assist with calibration, organization of test equipment, and ongoing quality improvements.
