Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Tech Support Operations Specialist in California to manage RMA processes, coordinate shipments and returns, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will work closely with warehouses, HQ, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales operations and excellent customer support.

You will process RMAs in ERP, forecast inventory levels, and generate regular reports while collaborating with sales, tech support, accounting, and warehouse teams to resolve

Qualifications

• 2+ years of international logistics operations experience.
• Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage RMA sales orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of replacement and repair items.
• Update and maintain RMA records in the ERP system.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
• Generate and submit regular reports (RMA, inventory, defective battery recycling, etc.).
• Process payments in the OA system and support ERP system optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, tech support, accounting, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
