Job summary

RoyPow Energy Storage System is seeking a detail-oriented Tech Support Operations Specialist to join our team. You will manage RMA processes, coordinate shipments and returns, and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses, HQ, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales operations and excellent customer support.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ERP and Excel, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of international logistics operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage RMA sales orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of replacement and repair items.
• Update and maintain RMA records in the ERP system.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
• Generate and submit regular reports (RMA, inventory, defective battery recycling, etc.).
• Process payments in the OA system and support ERP system optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, tech support, accounting, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
