Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking an RMA Repair Technician Coordinator to bridge logistics and hands-on hardware repair. You will authorize and process returns, diagnose equipment, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and elevated product quality.

The role requires experience in electronics manufacturing, soldering/SMT, and proficiency with ERP systems; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or associate degree in electronics/engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5 years in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in hardware repair, warranty administration, or reverse logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (Excel).
• Proficiency with soldering, SMT, and electronic manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose returned products, assemblies, and components down to the board level.
• Perform diagnostic testing and failure analysis to determine root cause.
• Perform hardware repairs, calibrations, or replacements per guidelines.
• Write detailed failure analysis reports and update repair logs.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and sales to resolve issues and drive quality improvements.
• Drive cost reductions through product and process improvements.
