Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and experience with spreadsheets, word processors, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Verify returned products match RMA
• Process returns in company system (create sale order, receive/transfer)
• Enter service order for Service department
• Inspect, repack, restock returned products
• Able to work with biohazard products
• Compile data and generate reports
• Maintain attendance as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
