Job summary

AMain Hobbies is seeking a Product Returns Specialist to efficiently process all product returns, evaluate conditions, and coordinate with vendors for credits or replacements. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate credits and inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate communicates well, handles multiple channels, and helps identify return trends to optimize the RMA workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with RC hobbies and gear is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and 30 WPM typing ability.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• RMA Processing: evaluate, prepare, and process returns daily across channels, adhering to policies.
• Customer & Vendor Liaison: respond to inquiries to issue RMAs and coordinate credits or replacements.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: work with Customer Service, Accounting, and Warehouse for credits and inventory.
• Inventory & Warranty Management: handle warranties/claims and return merchandise to stock timely.
• Insights & Optimization: monitor return data and propose workflow improvements.
