• 3+ years in production coordination or customer success in manufacturing/defense.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale RMA activities and customer relationships as primary contact.
• Track RMA units in ERP/PLM to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide proactive status updates through production to shipping.
• Coordinate with operations leadership and production staff to resolve conflicts.
• Forecast material needs with supply chain to secure kits and PO.
• Oversee shipping/receiving, testing, packaging, dispatch on schedule.
• Identify delays and propose process improvements to reduce late shipments.
• Prepare repair reports and coordinate invoicing and shipping authorizations.
