Job summary

Musco Sports Lighting is seeking an RMA Operations Specialist at our Oskaloosa, IA office. You will support remanufacturing by checking in, inspecting, quality checking, assembling, and shipping electronic products across multiple stations to maintain production flow and safety.

Ideal candidates will follow SOPs, be self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with teams to ensure RMAs are managed correctly. Basic MS Office skills are required.

• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and/or as part of a team.
• Effective communication and collaboration with various teams to ensure RMAs are managed correctly.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and check-in inbound RMA products into the RMA systems.
• Inspect and sort returned units for further processing.
• Assist in moving work-in-progress and production materials to various testing, rework, and repair stations.
• Perform order picking, filling, and packaging service orders for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate the preparation, packaging, and shipment of all outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and timeliness.
• Collect repair data and help maintain RMA repair database.
• Operate hand tools and simple test equipment to test incoming product.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
