Flextronics - The Flex Company in Memphis, TN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts, with emphasis on RMA receiving, inventory accuracy, and material control. This role leads staff, optimizes processes, and supports production and repair through effective material management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven leadership experience, strong knowledge of RMA processes, and proficiency with ERP/WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, operations, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Experience with RMA receiving processes and returned material handling.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple shifts.
• Manage RMA receiving processes and disposition of returned materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Lead warehouse staff, provide coaching, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain warehouse layout and space utilization.
