Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift training certificate; MHE knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities and ensure continuous improvement.
• Inform senior management and client representatives of critical issues affecting operations.
• Develop systems for safe and profitable operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Meet client KPIs and comply with Quality system requirements.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Train and evaluate staff; participate in performance reviews and HR activities.
• Support HR in hiring, development, and discipline when needed.
• Oversee space utilization, labor scheduling, and equipment needs.
• Maintain communication and leadership to motivate and guide the team.
