Job summary

Flex is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Pflugerville, TX to oversee shipping, receiving and inventory, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will coach warehouse staff, ensure safety, manage exceptions, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years on MRP systems (Oracle), 3+ years supervisory manufacturing, and experience in transportation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of materials experience using MRP systems (Oracle).
• 3+ years in a Manufacturing Supervisory Position.
• Experience in transportation.
• Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse personnel to ensure operational excellence.
• Utilize strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills to support team success.
• Provide exceptional client and stakeholder support through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure ownership of processes from start to finish.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform quality assurance inspections on incoming products before stocking or distribution.
• Manage exceptions, including damaged freight, returns, shortages, and misrouted shipments.
• Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
