Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Receiving Supervisor at our Memphis facility to lead inbound material flow, ensure accurate inventory transactions in JD Edwards, and oversee forklift operations. You will coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain material visibility and drive efficiency, safety, and 5S standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in warehouse or inventory control, supervisory experience, and strong data integrity mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in warehouse, receiving, or inventory control in manufacturing.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
• Experience handling raw materials and long-length materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily receipt and processing of inbound materials.
• Ensure unloading, inspection, and put-away of materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee JD Edwards (JDE) transactions and data integrity.
• Coordinate forklift operations and training.
• Lead safety and 5S practices across the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, and Quality.
